We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents. The petitioner is similarly situated person at petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4616 of 2016 and other connected writ petitions decided on 22nd December, 2017.

In view of that, we follow same course in the present writ petition also.

The impugned order dated 27.09.2013 passed by the District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, so also the order dated 09.01.2014 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, are hereby quashed and set aside. The respondents are 1/2

79.odt directed to repay an amount of Rs. 3,37,933/- to the petitioner, which has been already deducted in pursuance to the impugned orders within a period of six months from today. The respondents are at liberty to re-fix the pay of the petitioner after giving him an opportunity. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
