This application is filed for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Shankar, who died on 01.05.2015, even before withdrawal of the appeal. However, there is delay in filing the application, as the applicants were not aware of the fact of withdrawal of the appeal by the acquiring body. Considering this, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. The appellant to carry out necessary amendment within four weeks.
