ORDER:- 1.

This is an application for restoration of Civil Application (Stamp) No. 1919 of 2019 which is refused to be registered under order dated 03.09.2019 of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, by condoning the delay of 1050 days. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant assured this Court to remove the offce objection within two weeks. As such, Civil Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to removal of the offce objections and also on depositing costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad by the applicant, within two weeks from today.
