This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // {2} ca8713-23.doc respect of order dated 28th November, 2025.

By order dated 28th November, 2025, Civil Applications No. 8713 of 2023 and 2812 of 2025 were allowed. However, in the operative order, even Civil Application No.5261 of 2023 is also shown to have been allowed. In fact, in view of allowing of Civil Applications No. 8713 of 2023 and 2812 of 2025, Civil Application No. 5261 of 2023 is rendered infructuous, as the same prayers are made for withdrawal of the amount. Therefore, in the order dated 28th November, 2025, clause "a" be substituted as follows:

"a.

Civil Applications No. 8713 of 2023 and 2812 of 2025 are allowed. Civil Application No. 5261 of 2023 is dismissed". 3.

Similarly, in the first line of paragraph No. 2, figure "5,37,51,53_/-" be substituted by figure "5,37,51,556/-". 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out. Corrected copy be uploaded.
