After this matter was heard for some time and the learned Government Pleader raised an issue of locus of the petitioners, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek leave to withdraw. They would address respondent no.1 with regard to the report dated 04.07.2022, which is at page 112 in the petition paper book, and seek a decision on the said report expeditiously and preferably within two weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off on instructions. If the petitioners approach respondent no.1 with a representation based on the report dated 04.07.2022 addressed by the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Dhule to the Desk Officer, Tribal Development Department, State of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, respondent no.1 would look into the representation made by the petitioners and take an appropriate decision preferably within six weeks from the date of receiving such representation.
