The only grievance put forth by the Petitioner, which has its roots in the delay in discharge of duties by Respondent No.2, is that the Tribe Certificate issued to him dated 31.12.2008, indicates his social status as 'Mahadev Koli' instead of 'Koli Mahadev'. He has already submitted an online application on 13.03.2023. However, the original certificate is yet to be tendered to Respondent No.2. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- khs/July 2023/8120

- 2 - [a] The Petitioner would tender the original certificate to Respondent No.2, on or before 21.07.2023.

[b] After considering the authenticity of the original certificate, Respondent No.2 would issue the corrected certificate as "Koli Mahadev" on or before 28.07.2023.
