Petitioner-institution has not been granted recognition of a training institute as well as affiliation in terms of sections 25 and 26 of Maharashtra Nursing Act, 1966. It appears that petitionerinstitution has started operating the college without there being any permission either from the Maharashtra Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
