As far as prayer clause (B) is concerned, today the same may not survive as the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation. The period can only be considered notionally depending upon the decision taken by the Education Offcer.

As far as prayer clause (C) is concerned, it appears that the petitioner has already approached the Education Offcer (Secondary) by fling application (Page 42). The Education Offcer (Secondary) shall consider the record and take decision with regard to the claims made in the application dated 21.01.2019 (Page 42) after hearing the

The parties shall appear before the Education Offcer on 12 December 2019. The Education Offcer shall after considering the record, take decision upon the claims made by the petitioner on its own merits, preferably within four months from the date of appearance. 3.
