This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body towards compensation.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 Acquiring Body opposes the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is partly allowed by permitting applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent security / surety to the satisfaction of learned Registrar Judicial of this Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
