It was pointed out to the learned counsel for the applicants that the chargesheet was filed on 19.6.2014 and then the present proceeding was filed on 6.8.2014. In the present proceeding relief of quashing of F.I.R. is claimed. As the chargesheet was already filed, there was no question of entertaining the present application.

In view of these circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file appropriate proceeding. Disposed of as withdrawn.
