The learned Advocate for the 4 Petitioners before us, submits that these Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition keeping in view that identically situated other candidates have independently filed WP No.7228/2024. He submits that the rights of these 4 Petitioners are identical to those Petitioners. Therefore, he prays that all the contentions of the litigating parties in that Petition be kept open khs/July 2024/7229

It goes without saying that the contentions of the parties in their own Petition are always open to be canvassed and the Court would consider them unless there is any legal impediment. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
