Heard Mr.Wakure, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr.Tambe, learned counsel, who appears through Video Conference, for respondent no.1 Acquiring Body and Mr.Batule, learned AGP. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that similar order, as has been passed by this Court in Civil Application No.6707 of 2020 in First Appeal (St) No.39400 of 2018 (Trimukhabai Laxman Mane
{2} CA 7483 OF 2025 + corrected (This order is corrected by speaking to the minutes order dated 31-07-2025) vs. Executive Engineer, Irrigation Project Strengthening and ors.) on 19-10-2020, may be passed in present applications since they arise out of the same award.

In view of the above, I pass following order :-
ORDER
(A) Civil Applications are allowed.
(A-1) The applicants - claimants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court.
(B) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(C) The applications stand disposed of accordingly. (D) Time to produce on record receipts of deposit of costs amount of Rs.2,000/- in each application to be paid to the Bar Association of learned Reference Court i.e. 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, is extended by two weeks.
