Mr. D.R. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that he has no objection if time to deposit the amount is extended, though it is already expired.

In the circumstances, the stay to the execution of the impugned award, in each of these applications, is hereby granted on the condition that the applicant/State deposits in this Court the amount under the award, in all these matters, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order, failing which the present applications shall stand dismissed.
