The applicants in Civil Application No.14129 of 2023, are seeking their addition in the second appeal as an appellants since they are also legal heirs of original land owner. The present appeal is filed by one of the legal heirs of original land owner. The learned

2 905 ca 14129-23 counsel for respondents did not dispute the status of the applicants being the legal heirs of original land owner. In view of the same, Civil Application No.14129 of 2023 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-C and disposed of accordingly. 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
