The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2017. It is submitted that vigilance is not yet conducted. The result of the petitioner' s 8th Semester, final year of B. Pharmacy exam is withheld only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 03.09.2021. The committee shall endevour to decide the validation proceeding within a period of four (04) months from the date of

The respondents shall not withhold the result and mark sheet of the petitioner's 8th Semester, final year of B. Pharmacy exam only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall not take further benefit of reservation unless and until the petitioner gets the validity certificate.
