The petitioner has filed the rejoinder and the copies are served to the learned AGP for respondents-State. 2.

By issuing G.R. bearing No. Contempt-08/2016/C.R.95/A-2, dated 29.08.2016, and by filing affidavit the Collector has contended that enhanced the compensation of Rs.69,66,000/- is sanctioned and the enhanced compensation amount was released to the Sub Divisional Officer, Omarga for depositing the amount before the Executing Court in Regular Darkhast, pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad for disbursing it to the petitioner and therefore, the order is complied with.

The petitioner has filed rejoinder stating that no calculations are given by the Collector about the enhanced compensation amount sanctioned as per the said G.R.

In view of the compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

The Collector shall give breakup of the compensation amount to the petitioner.
