All the Petitioners state that they themselves carry mobile phones.

This PIL Petition is filed on the ground that, the use of mobile phones is disastrous to the health of the individuals. Any mobile tower in the neighbourhood is likely to be hazardous to the health of the citizens. Such are the unsubstantiated statements made in the Petition and there is no research conducted by the Petitioners. No reasons which could be said to be based on a
