ORAL ORDER:

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has filed proposal for grant of 6th to 8th standard classes on the basis of natural growth as per the provisions of Right to Education Act. 2.

Mr. Aghav, the learned Counsel appears for respondent No. 5 - Education Officer. The proposals are forwarded on 17.05.2017 (Exh.'D'). The same are not attended to by the respondent.

In case the proposal is pending with the respondent - authorities for sanction of 6th to 8th classes (Exh.'D') dated 17.05.2017, then the Education Officer shall process the same within a period of three months from today and shall forward it to the State Government. The State Government on receipt of it, shall take decision within a period of six months thereafter. 4.
