Pursuant to the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), the applicants were directed to remove the office objections within the prescribed period. As the applicants failed to comply with the said direction, the Civil Revision Application stood automatically dismissed . 3.

Counsel for the applicants states that in the Civil Revision Application the notices were not issued to the respondents. 4.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A'. Delay is condoned. Civil Revision Application stands restored to it's original position. Time of six (06) weeks is granted to remove the office objections. 5.
