Heard learned counsel for appearing parties. Perused the application.

The present application is filed by applicant -original respondent for condonation of (11) days delay caused in preferring the appeal against impugned Judgment and Award. The learned counsel for respondent No. 1-original claimant prays for expeditious hearing into the appeal.

In view of aforesaid circumstances as well as for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay so caused in filing the appeal against impugned judgment and Award is hereby condoned. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process for registration of appeal and list the appeal for final hearing at the admission stage.

On registration of appeal, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 10th October, 2017. Mr. Shinde, learned counsel waives service for respondent No. 1.
