Direction is claim to register the crime on the basis of grievance communicated by the present applicant, in respect of the money of one educational institution to police. 3.

Today, the learned A.P.P submitted the report of the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Economic Wing Latur and it shows that on the basis of the statement of the present petitioner, the crime at C.R. No. 291/2020 came to be registered in Nilanga Police Sation, District Latur for the ofences punishable under Section 420, 406, 409 471 etc. read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra

10- Cri. W. P. No. 1402-2020.odt Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) act, 1999 ( for short ''MPID ACT'') 1999 and the crime came to be registered on 24.11.2020.

4. The purpose of the present proceeding is now served. Learned counsel Shri. More, insisted that the matter be kept pending to supervise the investigation. That was not the purpose of the present proceeding. It appears that the amount around Rupees One Crore of the institution was with the Bank and it is contended that somebody created false record and loan was taken as against that deposited amount. 5.

As a part of investigation and time needs to be given to investigating agency to make investigation of the matter. This Court holds that at this stage no further direction is to be given.

Present proceeding is disposed of.
