Parties are unanimous that matter is settled inter se between the insurance companies as well as inter se claimant and one of the insurance companies. One settlement is before High Court and another is before the Executing Tribunal. They are not disputing that the amount of Rs.13,50,000/- lying in the High Court needs to be transmitted to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhule in M.A.C.P. No.177 of 2011 and applicant shall receive Rs.2,51,056/-.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".
