Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

The recognition to the crop science course which was granted to the petitioner no. 1 - Management has been revoked by the respondent no. 3 - Joint Director.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 has already preferred an appeal as contemplated under Rule 7 and 7.5 of the Secondary School Code, 1986. He also adverts our attention to the communication dated 14 October 2022, addressed by the petitioner no. 2 - School to the respondent no. 2 - Director of Vocational Education and Training, referring to such filing of the appeal.

In case, petitioners' appeal is pending with the respondent no. 2, he shall decide the appeal on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today. If no such appeal is preferred or pending, the petitioner no. 1 shall file an appeal and the issue of limitation would be considered by the respondent no. 2 on its own merits.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, whatever shortcomings were noticed by the inspection team were duly complied with, but those have been ignored by the respondent no. 3 - Authority. 5.
