This is an Application for condonation of 350 days delay caused in preferring the Appeal against Conviction. 2.

Head the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the actual delay caused is of 84 days, however, the office objection was raised that there was no seal on the certified copy of the concerned Court. 4.

Learned APP objected to the Application.

After hearing both the sides and considering the reasons mentioned in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
