The petition is filed for a limited relief, seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, which has been pending since the year 2018. This Court is informed that the vigilance enquiry report was served upon the petitioner and she has responded to the same. 2.

Learned AGP appears for both the respondents. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of four months from today.
