The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. Since January 2021, the validation proceeding is pending.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent. In case, the validation proceeding filed by the petitioners is pending with the Respondent Committee, then the Respondent Committee may, if it is possible, endeavour to decide the proceeding by 10th October, 2021.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 23rd August, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
