This petition is filed for limited direction to the Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner, which is pending since the year 2019, within a reasonable period of time. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, informs that the vigilance inquiry is completed. In that light respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is expected to decide tribe claim of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of four months from today. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.
