The Petitioners are identically placed, who are seeking rental compensation from the date of acquisition of their lands, till the payment of compensation. Each of them has made a representation dated 31/08/2019, addressed to Respondent No.2. They pray that these representations be decided within a time frame.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the grievance of these Petitioners would be addressed and a decision would be taken within a time frame as may be granted by this Court. He, however, adds that, if the Petitioners give better details of their
(3) properties, it would assist the authority in locating their files and deliver a quick decision.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. Let the Petitioners give their individual property details through a common representation to Respondent No.2, within 15 days from today. In the meanwhile, Respondent No.2 shall start tracing out of their files and be prepared to deal with the applications filed by the applicants, dated 31/08/2019. After verifying the records, an appropriate order, as permissible in law, shall be passed within 90 days from the date of submission of the property details by the Petitioners.
