Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.19,97,947/- has been deposited in this Court by appellant No.1- Executive Engineer, ( P.T. & M.I.W.) No.1, Osmanabad on 05.03.2020. Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration the fact that the amount has been deposited towards the acquisition of the land and the appeal has been filed stating that the reference Court has enhanced the amount exorbitantly than

CA_8036_2020 the rate awarded by Special Land Acquisition Officer, the original claimants i.e. applicants are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- each. The applicants shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed, at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
