The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has given representation to respondent No.4 seeking transfer at a nearby place on the ground of couple convenience. The same is not decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Mr. Aghav, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos.4 and 5 and submits that respondent No.4 would decide the representation of the petitioner (page No.73) within six weeks.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
