The Petitioner is seeking expeditious decision on her tribe claim in the light of having sought admission in LLB course. It is submitted that there is a grave urgency in the matter. 2.

Learned AGP has taken instructions that since hearing on the tribe claim of the Petitioner is over, the Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee will make an endeavour to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest and within two weeks from today. 3.

In that light, the Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest possible and in any case within two weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
