We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

We cannot accede to the request of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed the proposal seeking verification of his tribe claim with the Committee only on 06th August, 2021 and now has approached the Court seeking directions against the respondent No. 2/Committee to take decision immediately. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In such matters, it would not be appropriate for us to issue positive directions to the Committee to decide the validation

However, considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may, if, it is possible for it endeavour to decide the proceeding by 15th October, 2021. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 20th August, 2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
