Limited grievance raised by the petitioners in this Petition is that, the representation dated 13th February, 2014 filed with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar has not been decided.

We direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmedangar to decide the said representation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case, within two months from today.

Needless to observe that, in case the Education Officer wishes to hear the petitioners, he will be at liberty to call the petitioners for the said purposes.
