IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.9984 OF 2018 (Shekunath s/o Shenphadu Nagre and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) Mr.R.K.Jadhavar, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr.S.R.Yadav, AGP for the respondent/State.

( CORAM : Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) DATE : 04/09/2018 PER COURT :

1.

The learned AGP points out that a statutory remedy of filing a second revision before the State u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [(2016) 2 SCC 213 = 2016(6) ALL MR 468], is available to the petitioners.

2.

As such, this petition is disposed of. If the petitioners preferred a revision petition before the State within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 18/07/2018 would be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
