This application is for restoration of Writ Petition St. No.678 of 2023. The writ petition was dismissed by a common conditional order dated 27.03.2023 for non-removal of office objections within two weeks from the date of the order. The learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks. While filing this application, there is delay of 50 days for filing this application. 02.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" subject to condition that the objections are removed within two weeks.
