Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner in Writ Petition no. 666 of 2019.

The respondent nos. 4 to 6 has been duly served Writ Petition with notice of the admission, but they have not caused appearance.

The Writ Petition is still to be admitted. By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking to add couple of paragraphs in the memo of the Writ Petition. No prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents in as much as the petition is still to be heard for admission.

To give an opportunity to controvert the averments being sought to be certain, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

After such amendment is carried out, issue notice to them for final disposal, returnable on 25 August 2023. 6.

Interim relief to continue till next date.
