Learned counsel for the petitioner states that tribe claim is pending before respondent No.2-Committee since 2010. In the circumstances he seeks directions to respondent No.2 to dispose of the same as early as possible.

Having regard aforesaid, respondent No.2 to decide the pending tribe claim, if any, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Petitioner to cooperate respondent No.2 4.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
