Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Committee would decide the validation proceedings of petitioner by the end of September, 2018.

In Writ Petition No. 8151 of 2018 the respondent may not withhold the result of the examination of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending, however, the respondent shall not issue degree

wp8270.18 certificate to the petitioner unless the petitioner submits the validation certificate.

In Writ Petition No. 8270 of 2018, the respondent shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination of 1st and 2nd semester of 3rd year only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise found eligible, then the respondent shall not refrain the petitioner from taking admission in 4th year only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. Of course, the same would be subject to the result of the validation proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 20.8.2018.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
