It appears that respondent insurer has challenged the judgment an award passed by the Tribunal to the extent of quantum of compensation on the ground of negligence. In view of above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the amount deposited in this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application is disposed of.
