Shri P.S.Dighe, learned Counsel for the applicant refers to the reasons as are appearing in the application, particularly, contents in
{2} CA 13343 of 2018 paragraphs No.3, 4 and 5 of the application and submits that under the circumstances referred to therein, the delay has been caused. He submits that the delay caused is neither intentional nor deliberate and no particular benefit is derived to the applicant because of the delay.

Shri A.S.Bajaj, learned Counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 resisted the application, however, he is not in a position to challenge the veracity of the contents of the application. 5.
The application is, as such, allowed in terms of prayer Clauses-'A' and 'B', and is disposed of.
