Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the department has given proposal to respondent no.1 for absorption of the petitioners. The proposal was initially given in the year 2017. Subsequently the proposal was given in January, 2018. However, decision is not taken by respondent no.1 upon it. The Tribunal has already decided the issue of entitlement of the petitioners.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents.

In case, proposal (pages 59 and 63) is pending with respondent no.1, then respondent no.1 shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
