In terms of the order dated 31.1.2022 the trial court has submitted the report. On perusal of the said report dated 4.2.2022, it appears that the report pertaining to 'CCTV footage and CA reports' are received on 6.11.2020 as per exhibit 34. Further, the learned Judge of the trial court has also informed that on 24.1.2022 PW-7 Shaikh Reshma is examined and the trial is adjourned for further evidence on 7.2.2022. 3.

It further appears from the report of the Trial Court that the trial court is taking care to dispose off aaa/-

BA 1002.21.odt the case at the earliest. This Court also hope and expect from the Trial Court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible within a reasonable time. Bail application is accordingly disposed off. Though, the learned counsel for the applicant is seeking the liberty to the applicant to fle an application for bail again, however, I am not inclined to grant the liberty since the trial court has seized with the matter and the prosecution has examined seven witnesses so far.
