These appeals are placed before this Lok Adalat by the appellant.

Learned advocate for the appellant submitted that above numbered group of appeals is squarely covered by the Government Resolution No.Sankirna-2014/Pra.Kra4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution. In turn, this group of appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the appellants are withdrawing these appeals.

The learned advocate for the appellants submits that 50% of the amount of compensation is deposited. Remaining amount will be deposited within a period of six months in the office of this court. He further submits that in these circumstances, nothing survives in these appeals.

The claimants are entitled to receive the amount after the same is deposited.

However, before disposing off the appeals, it is further clarified that in case, any amount is lying with this court, then same shall be transmitted to the reference court. The reference court shall disburse the said amount to the claimants on their applications. The
( 3 ) claimants are at liberty to make an application before the reference court and withdraw the said amount.

Delay, if any stands condoned.

The above numbered appeals stand disposed off as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

In view of disposal of the appeals, pending civil application, if any stand disposed off.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
