Going by the prayers made and looking at the reliefs claimed in respect of communications / documents dated 21st May, 2012, 13th March, 2013 and 17th June, 2013, it appears that an explanation from the petitioner has been sought. 2.

We are not getting as to how communication dated 13th March, 2013 can be a subject matter in the present writ petition. 3.

It has not been the case that the authorities were not within their powers while issuing the communications.

In the circumstances, there does not appear to be any cause for the petitioner to invoke powers of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. As such, the writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of.
