ORAL ORDER :

The respondent competent authority has deposited amount in this Court in pursuance to the directions issued earlier. It is informed that, the competent authority has tendered applications under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation

Act to the Principal District Judge, Dhule and those are pending. In view of the availment of remedy of presentation of arbitration proceedings by the respondent, it is desirable that the amount deposited by the respondent in this Court shall be transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Dhule. The amount deposited in the respective petitions shall be transferred to the Court of Principal District Judge, Dhule forthwith. 2.

It would be open for the petitioners to tender applications seeking withdrawal of the amount to the Principal District Judge, Dhule. Since the awards passed by the Arbitrator are subjected to challenge before an appropriate forum, these petitions can be conveniently disposed and the same are accordingly disposed of.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petitions, Civil Applications do not survive and same are disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
