We have heard Mr. Karad, Mr. Adwant and Mr. Thombre, the learned counsels for the respective parties. In the present case, the University has withdrawn the affiliation of the petitioner. Mr. Karad, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would withdraw the present Writ Petition and will prosecute his challenge to the order of the University.

The Writ Petition, as such disposed of, as withdrawn. 3.

The petitioner may take steps to assail the cancellation of affiliation as may be permissible in law.
