The matter is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

Mr.S.G.Sangle, learned advocate for the appellants-acquiring body and Mr.A.P.Avhad, holding for K.D.Bade PatiL, learned advocate for respondents No.1 and 1/4

( 2 ) 2 are present. Mr.Sangle, learned advocate for the appellants-acquiring body placed on record pursis and submits that the appellants intend to withdraw the appeal. Mr.Avhad, holding for Mr.Bade-Patil, learned advocate for the respondents submit that he has no objection to withdraw the Appeal, however, the cross-objections filed by his clients shall proceed in accordance with law. 4.

Withdrawal pursis placed on record by Mr.Sangle, learned advocate for the appellants is taken on record and marked as Article X for identification.

Mr.Sangle, learned advocate for the appellantsacquiring body on instructions from the officer Mr.S.N.Dahale, Jr.Engineer, who is present before the Panel submits that the compensation awarded by the reference Court is within the range of four times of the amount of compensation awarded by the SLAO. In view of above, Mr.Sangle, learned advocate for the appellants/acquiring body on instructions from the officer, who is present before the Panel submits that present withdrawal is as per the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and subsequent Corrigendums dated 23/02/2017 and 13/08/2018.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as cross appeals/cross objections preferred by the respondents-original claimants are concerned, learned advocate for the respondents/original claimants on instructions submits that the respondents/ original claimants, who have preferred cross appeals/cross objections are ready to settle. Mr.Sangle, learned advocate appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the proposal would be considered.

In view of the above, cross appeals-cross objections shall proceed further and it shall be placed before the next National Lok Adalat.

The amount, if any, deposited by the acquiring body shall be paid to the original claimants. If any excess amount is deposited, then acquiring body shall furnish chart within two months, seeking reimbursement, otherwise, amount, if any, lying with Registry be paid to the original claimants.

10.

The present Appeal stands disposed of in view of withdrawal pursis filed by the appellants.

The court fee refund certificate be issued to the appellants as per the rules.
