The petitioner has grievance with regard to his transfer.

2.

Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Kshirsagar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.4 3.

As per the Government resolution dated 28.05.2019, the persons aggrieved with the order of transfer can make grievance with the Chief Executive Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also made grievance before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna ( page 44).

The Chief Executive officer shall take decision upon the application (page 44) filed by the petitioner

on its own merits, preferably within four weeks. Writ petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.

All contention of the parties are kept open.
