This application is filed for condonation of delay of 1357 days caused in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed subject to depositing the costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today.

The applicant shall file specific undertaking/affidavit that the
