DATE : 12.01.2021 P.C. :- Heard both the sides. Seen the relief claimed. Submissions made show that the investigating agency of district level had made a request to Director General of Police to hand over the investigation to C.I.D. but the Director General preferred the investigation at district level under the supervision of Superintendent of Police. Accordingly, the investigation was made. On instructions learned counsel Shri Sawant submits that the chargesheet is also filed. There is some grievance in respect of non compliance of the conditions of bail by some accused and that can be addressed by proper Court.
